Marketing E-mail Consent

If you tick the optional box on the sign-up form, you agree to the following. Consent is not required; not giving it does not affect your use of the platform in any way.

1. What we will send
E-mails about new listings, start-of-term announcements, what is new on the platform and, for employers, our listing services.
Account, application, listing-decision and security e-mails do not depend on this consent: they are part of the service and are sent either way.
2. Data used
Your e-mail address, your language and your account type (student / employer). We record your consent and its date.
3. Legal basis and transfers
Approval for commercial electronic messages under the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK.
We do not share your consent with employers or other third parties. E-mails are sent through our hosting provider's mail server in the European Union (transfers abroad).
4. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason: with the link in every marketing e-mail or by writing to destek@uniworksity.com. After that we send you no marketing e-mails.
